Creating Form For Facebook

Instructions for Publishing Your Facebook iframe Page

1. Visit the Facebook Developer Center
2. Click on the Apps link in the top right of the screen.
3. Click the + Create New App button in the top right.
4. In the "App Name" field, give your app a title such as "Newsletter Signup" or "Coupons." Click "Continue."
5. a. Optional: Click the "Edit Icon" link to add a new image to represent your Facebook App.
6. Click the "Website" section of this screen and enter "http://socialpull.silverpop.com" into the "Site URL" option.
7. Click the "Apps on Facebook" section of this screen.
8. Paste your Publish URL (from the Summary screen in Social Pull) in both the "Canvas URL" and "Secure Canvas URL" sections.
9. a. In the "Canvas URL" section, replace "https://" with "http://" (removing the "s")
10. Click the "Page Tab" section of this screen.
11. Enter the "Page Tab Name" you'd like to use. Again, this could be "Newsletter" or "Deals" depending on your use.
12. Paste your Publish URL in both the "Page Tab URL" and "Secure Page Tab URL" sections.
13. a. In the "Page Tab URL" section, replace :https://" with "http://" (removing the "s")
14. b. In the "Page Tab Width" section, select Wide (810px)
15. Click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the screen.
16. Copy the App ID from your new Facebook App. This can be found at the top of the screen and will look like: "App ID: 119238152443950"
17. Substitute your Facebook App ID in the following URL: https://www.facebook.com/dialog/pagetab?app_id=YOUR_APP_ID_HERE&next=http://socialpull.silverpop.com
18. Copy and paste this URL into your browser and visit this page.
19. Select the Facebook Page to which you want to add your new tab and click "Add Page Tab." (Note: You will need to be logged into Facebook with an account that has administrator privileges for that Facebook Page.)
20. Your new Facebook Tab is now installed. The last thing you'll need to do is edit the order of your Tabs so that your new Tab appears in one of the top four positions.
21. Locate the Tab that you want to move out of the top four. Click the pencil icon in the top right corner of the tab to edit.
22. Under "Swap Position With," select the new App that you have created.
